Senior Level Sales Representative:
Cumulus Broadcasting, Green Bay is accepting applications for the
position of Senior Level Sales Representative. Duties include
making local direct and agency sales calls for the purpose of generating
radio and internet revenue for the cluster of 5 radio stations.
Candidate is required to develop presentations, prepare packages
required by accounts, write up and submit all orders for approval.
Salesperson must have the ability to respond to advertisers' needs and
be able to adapt to different selling situations. Sales personnel
will develop a thorough knowledge of the station's policies, procedures,
programming, rates, production and operations. Knowledge of
competitive programming and rates are necessary.
Minimum of (4) years of radio, television, print or billboard sales
experience required. College degree with strong language, math and
organizational skills is strongly desired. Applicant must have
experience in agency business, prospecting and in developing new
business as well as non-traditional revenue for the stations. Must
possess a proven track record of accomplishments and have the ability to
develop effective sales presentations. Knowledge of the Green Bay
market preferred, but all candidates will be considered. Candidate
must be motivated to perform with a high degree of creativity.
Computer literate in Excel, Word and Power Point, with knowledge of
agency avails and CRM software preferred. A valid driver's license
is required.

Internships
Sports Internship:
The Fan 107.5 FM and 1400 AM is looking for a person to intern in the
Sports Department. Person will be trained on how to board op games
as well as put together on air imaging and promotional commercials.
This person will work to help
guests and manage calls during our two hour live Fanline show weekdays
from 9-11 AM. Candidates should have a strong desire to do Sports
Radio as well as a passion for perfection. This internship will be

Programming Internship:

Our Promotions Dept. is always looking for high energy, qualified interns, to
work for college credits. As an intern, you will learn about
marketing 5 radio stations in the Green Bay market. Duties will
include: street stops to promote stations, attending remote broadcasts
and events for all stations creating and implementing station
promotions, learning radio station equipment and set up and so much
more.
